Job Description
Work Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu (Strongly preferred candidates from Nagercoil or surrounding areas)
Travel: International (whenever required)
Work Hours: Flexible working hours enabled
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Business Development (Oil & Gas, EPC, or Engineering Consultancy).
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Process preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of piping/process engineering.
- Proven skills in tendering, negotiation, and project closure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Hindi proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Plant 3D is an advantage.
- Trustworthy and able to work closely with the CEO to meet objectives.
- Candidates from Nagercoil or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead business development while managing client-facing projects.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients.
- Assist or perform engineering designs when the team is unavailable.
- Manage tenders, proposals, bids, quotations, and negotiations.
- Attend client meetings and technical presentations.
- Manage promotional content for lead generation.
- Define and track KPI-driven performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Manage client relationships independently.
- Represent the company at international industry events.
- Report progress and insights to the CEO.
