JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building relationship with potential clients, and driving growth for the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new market segments, business opportunities and threats
Analyse industry and market data to understand competitive activities and customer needs.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Stedaxis's services globally.
Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve company's goals and drive revenue growth.
Set sales targets and growth objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve web visibility, search rankings and organic traffic.
Utilise Google Analytics to monitor website performance, user behaviour and key metrics and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Sales and Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.
Product and Service development
Providing feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
Assisting in the development and launch of new products and services.
Reporting and Analysis
Tracking and analysing key performance metrics related to business development activities.
Preparing and presenting regular reports on Business development performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales and product development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in product development, sales and marketing and analytics tools.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of technology, electronics, AI and Machine Learning is highly desirable.
