Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Specialist located in Kanyakumari. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, conducting thorough market research, and establishing long-term client relationships. Responsibilities also include crafting proposals, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives while aligning with Conserve Solutions' mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and maintain lasting relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive business growth
- Detail-oriented and able to develop tailored solutions for diverse clients
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry will be a strong advantage
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
