Role Description:
We are looking for a
growth-oriented Lead Generation & Marketing Executive
who can help Lime Outreach build qualified B2B contact lists, manage LinkedIn marketing, optimize SEO, and handle CRM operations.
This role is ideal for someone with a
startup mindset
, eager to learn, execute, and grow quickly in the digital marketing and lead generation space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
market research
and identify target companies & decision-makers using
Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
. - Build and maintain verified contact databases for outbound marketing.
- Execute
LinkedIn marketing campaigns
using automation tools (e.g., Expandi, LinkedHelper, Dripify). - Work with the internal team to support
email outreach and ABM campaigns
. - Manage and update leads, deals, and communication logs in
Zoho One CRM
. - Collaborate on
SEO and content optimization
, keyword research, and analytics tracking using tools like
SEMrush
and
Google Analytics
. - Support marketing analytics and reporting to measure campaign success.
- Contribute new ideas and creative approaches to improve Lime Outreach's marketing systems and growth strategies.
Required Skills:
- Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Zoho CRM / Zoho One suite
- LinkedIn automation tools (Expandi, Dripify, etc.)
- Basic understanding of
SEO, Google Analytics, SEMrush - Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and communication skills (English proficiency)
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech
(any stream) with
MBA (Marketing or Business Management)
preferred.
Certification in digital marketing is a plus.
