Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our software sales initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for technology-driven business development and strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Prepare and present business proposals, software demos, and quotations.
- Manage and mentor the Business Development Executives team.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams for solution delivery alignment.
- Participate in business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
Required Skills
- 0-2years experience in software sales / IT services business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, Web/Mobile App solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
