Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT company. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating potential leads, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth. This role also requires close coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored and effective solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through multiple channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT/software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Manage lead follow-ups, schedule client meetings, and conduct professional presentations.
- Work closely with the technical team to create proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
- Keep an updated record of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and potential client segments.
- Represent the company in events, meetings, and online platforms to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and transition of new clients to the project execution team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development processes, and digital technologies.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in preparing proposals
