Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our software solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT services and products to potential customers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online research, networking, and outreach.
- Contact potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce company offerings.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for senior sales members.
- Understand client requirements and assist in preparing proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and leads in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve client acquisition.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- Stay updated with software trends and competitors in the market.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- 0–2 years experience in IT Sales / Business Development (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Good understanding of software and IT solutions (Web, Mobile, ERP, CRM).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
