We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition activities for PhD assistance services. The person will build strong relationships with students, researchers, and institutions, manage a sales team, and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop strategies to grow the business and achieve revenue goals.

-Identify new markets, clients (students, researchers, universities), and opportunities.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the business development team.

  • Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Handle client discussions, proposals, and negotiations.

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in education, research, or related fields).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to create strategies and drive a team to achieve results.

  • Good knowledge of PhD assistance services (thesis, research papers, editing, publications, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
