Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition activities for PhD assistance services. The person will build strong relationships with students, researchers, and institutions, manage a sales team, and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop strategies to grow the business and achieve revenue goals.
-Identify new markets, clients (students, researchers, universities), and opportunities.
Lead, train, and motivate the business development team.
Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Handle client discussions, proposals, and negotiations.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements :
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in education, research, or related fields).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to create strategies and drive a team to achieve results.
Good knowledge of PhD assistance services (thesis, research papers, editing, publications, etc.) is an advantage.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
