Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through live chat to resolve queries related to telecom products and services, including mobile connections, broadband, billing, recharge, and service outages.
  • Provide technical support for common issues such as network connectivity, device setup, and service activation.
  • Guide customers on plan options, promotions, and upgrades based on their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently or escalate complex cases to higher support levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and update customer accounts as needed.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, telecom regulations, and data privacy policies.
  • Meet daily targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and chat volumes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest telecom products, offers, and system updates.
