Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries and provide support through live chat. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to senior team when needed.
- Maintain chat records and update customer information.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Good written English communication.
- Typing speed of at least wpm.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet.
- Willing to work in UK shifts.
