Job Summary

We are hiring International Chat Support Executives to handle customer interactions for a leading global client. The role involves assisting international customers via chat, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong English communication skills who want to build a career in international BPO or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues while maintaining quality and satisfaction standards.

Document interactions and feedback accurately in the system.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed.

Maintain process knowledge and meet defined performance metrics.

Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

Willingness to work in night shifts (US rotational).

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
