Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls from UK customers regarding plan inquiries, billing questions, service concerns, and contract renewals.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable upgrades, add-ons, or bundled telecom services.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to drive upsells and improve customer value.
  • Address customer complaints, provide effective solutions, and prevent churn.
  • Negotiate renewal offers, loyalty benefits, and retention plans to maintain customer relationships.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales, retention, and quality targets.
  • Adhere to process compliance, scripts, and UK telecom regulatory guidelines.
