Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to telecom services (billing, network issues, plan upgrades, SIM/number-related support, etc.).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network, broadband, and mobile service issues for UK customers.
  • Provide accurate information about telecom plans, packages, and offers.
  • Raise service tickets, escalate technical issues, and coordinate with backend teams.
  • Ensure compliance with UK telecom regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain high-quality call standards, including empathy, clarity, and solution-focused communication.
  • Meet KPIs such as AHT, FCR, QA scores, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Document all interactions in CRM tools with accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral, or UK-friendly accent.
  • Prior experience in international voice or telecom support is preferred.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to work UK shift timings (afternoon/evening shift).
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain professionalism.
