Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chat from UK customers regarding telecom service issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to:

  • Broadband connectivity

  • Wi-Fi/router configurations
  • Landline and VoIP services

  • Mobile network issues (as applicable)

  • Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions using remote tools and scripts.

  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or network teams as required and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate case records and customer notes in CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Provide updates on service outages, planned maintenance, or technical policies.
  • Ensure compliance with UK telecom regulations and customer privacy standards.

  • Meet individual and team KPIs, including first-call resolution, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Collaborate with team members and managers to meet team performance goals.
