Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
  • Promote and upsell products or services based on customer needs.
  • Achieve individual and team targets (including sales conversions, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Maintain call quality and follow process compliance.
  • Log all customer interactions in internal systems accurately.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Freshers can apply; training will be provided.

  • Prior BPO or voice process experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.

  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
