Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls, emails, or chat to promote and sell telecom products or services to international clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable plans, packages, or services.
  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, update customer information, and log communication accurately.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, billing, support) to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with telecom trends, pricing models, and international regulations.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs including sales quotas, call targets, and conversion rates.
