Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Firstsource Full time ₹ 2,50,000 - ₹ 4,20,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from UK customers related to telecom services (broadband, mobile, landline, billing, technical issues, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot service issues or escalate them to the appropriate department as required.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, plans, billing, and service upgrades.
  • Maintain professional communication and deliver first call resolution (FCR).
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, CSAT, call quality, and resolution rate.

  • Work closely with team leaders, quality analysts, and support teams for continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
