Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for UK customers regarding telecom services (billing, technical support, service activations, network issues, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot common service-related issues and escalate unresolved queries to appropriate departments.
  • Explain telecom plans, offers, and packages to customers clearly and accurately.
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and customer interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Scores.

  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and telecom trends relevant to the UK market.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
