- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Filing HR documents and managing HR files.
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the HR team's daily operations.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Assist with organizing employee engagement activities, HR events, and wellness programs.
- Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Data & Compliance:
- Help collect and verify data for payroll and benefits administration.
- Support in drafting HR policies and assisting with HR-related research or surveys.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to use HR databases and other HR software.
- Soft Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational abilities, the capacity to manage multiple tasks, and keen attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good people skills, a team player mentality, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proactive Attitude: A strong interest in HR and a proactive approach to learning and supporting the HR team.
