About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR department in its day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding formalities including salary account creation and document collection
- Maintain and update employee records and databases regularly (Excel/HRMS)
- Make initial calls to candidates when required.
- Help organize HR events and engagement activities
- File and manage physical and digital documents accurately
- Support in preparation and distribution of HR reports and dashboards
- Assist in drafting HR-related communication, letters and forms
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for exit formalities
- Perform similar administrative tasks as required by the HR team
Requirements:
- Must have completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
