Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
  • Understand manpower requirements from department heads (operations, accounts, customer service, sales, etc.).
  • Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, consultants).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for recurring positions (operations executives, documentation staff, logistics coordinators, etc.).
  • Support new employee onboarding and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
  • Collaborate with HR team on other activities such as employee engagement, training coordination, and HR administration as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR, or equivalent).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the logistics/freight/supply chain domain.
  • Experience into Start-ups will be an additional advantage
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methods and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software/ATS is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
