HR Intern Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern with excellent communication skills to assist our HR team in hiring and organizational activities. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about HR processes, contribute to team success, and gain valuable professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Help organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Maintain HR records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and team members.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to HR.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
