Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Recruiter & Admin to support our growing team. This role combines end-to-end recruitment responsibilities with core administrative functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and effective talent acquisition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline and candidate database for future hiring needs.
  • Perform reference checks and facilitate background verifications.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events.

HR Administration & Employee Support

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring all documentation and training are completed.
  • Support the coordination of employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Manage internal HR systems and ensure accurate and confidential data entry.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to various internal projects and initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment and administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS or recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
