About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in HR. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment status.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records, employee files, and documentation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to HR metrics.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fresher or up to 6 months of HR experience (internship/trainee experience considered).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Prefered Female candidate
