- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; attention to detail; excellent organizational and time management abilities; and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A culinary school degree or relevant certification is often preferred, but extensive practical experience can be an equivalent alternative.
