**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook traditional South Indian dishes.
- Plan and design menus that reflect seasonal and regional ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments for special events and catering services.
- Stay updated with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
