Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Lead Generator with 2–3 years of experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and nurturing them through initial stages of the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and generate new business leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Reach out to prospects via emails, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales/business development team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build and execute effective lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
  • Ability to research markets, identify potential clients, and generate leads independently.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
