Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Lead Generation & Seller Onboarding Specialist
to join our Sales and Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential sellers, generating qualified leads, and onboarding them onto ISNAP's digital and marketplace platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, seller growth strategies, and digital transformation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new leads for seller acquisition through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, etc.).
- Drive end-to-end
seller onboarding
, ensuring smooth registration, documentation, and activation on ISNAP platforms. - Educate and consult sellers on
eCommerce opportunities
,
digitalization
, and
growth strategies
with ISNAP. - Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and onboarding progress in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, logistics) to ensure a seamless seller onboarding experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Support sellers in understanding digital marketing, marketplace dynamics, and logistics integration to optimize their growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in
lead generation

inside sales
, or
business development
roles (preferably in eCommerce or digital domains). - In-depth understanding of
eCommerce marketplaces

digital marketing concepts
, and
logistics processes
. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and onboarded sellers.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or Marketplace environments.
