We're expanding our sales & marketing team and looking for a highly driven
Lead Generation Specialist
who can help us reach global clients across the USA, Europe, Dubai, and India.

If you have experience generating high-quality leads for IT, SaaS, or AI services this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate & qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
  • Build targeted prospect lists aligned with company ICP (Founders, CTOs, Product Managers, Directors).
  • Execute outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and automation tools.
  • Set appointments and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain lead databases and track campaign performance.
  • Research target markets, industries & decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging & outreach scripts.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Lead Generation or SDR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Experience with B2B outreach campaigns.
  • Excellent communication & persuasive writing skills.
  • Ability to work with numbers, analyze lead quality & optimize performance.
  • Preferably from an IT / SaaS / Digital Agency background.

Added Advantage

  • Experience targeting US & European clients.
  • Understanding of AI, web development, or software development services.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring, CRM workflows & automation tools.
