Role Description
We're seeking a highly motivated
Lead Generation Specialist
to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. The ideal candidate should be experienced in generating high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools, with a focus on the
technology and marketing
sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate new business opportunities through
LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and CRM campaigns
. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the
marketing team
to execute targeted lead-generation campaigns. - Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive).
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Track and analyze lead performance to optimize campaigns and conversion rates.
- Report weekly on leads, conversions, and pipeline progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+
years of proven experience in
B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development
. - Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, , or other lead tools. - Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and build meaningful client relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in
digital marketing or IT service-based companies
. - Knowledge of marketing automation tools like
Lemlist, , or Zapier
. - Familiarity with email outreach best practices and A/B testing.
