Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our US IT Staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients (corporate hiring managers, MSPs, VMS contacts) and generating high-quality leads for our sales and recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients in the US IT market using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other tools
Generate qualified leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and database mining
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs
Collaborate with sales and account managers to schedule introductory calls and demos
Track lead conversion metrics and optimize outreach strategies
Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, job roles, and client needs
Required Skills
Strong understanding of US IT staffing ecosystem (W2, C2C, H1B, OPT, etc.)
Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Ability to work independently during US business hours (EST)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in US IT staffing or recruitment lead generation
Knowledge of MSP/VMS models and enterprise hiring processes
