Role: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite), (Night Shift 7.30 PM TO 4.30 AM)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing leads through various digital channels and nurturing them into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Research and gather data on prospective clients and market trends
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
  • Schedule meetings and demos for sales representatives
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on goals and strategies
  • Generate reports on lead generation metrics

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fields
