About the Role

Were looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive, you

will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for our IT and

software solutions. You'll work closely with the Sales teams to generate high-quality

leads and contribute to the company's growth pipeline. This role is ideal for fresh

graduates eager to learn modern lead generation strategies and gain hands-on

experience in the global tech market.

What You'll Do


• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms such as LinkedIn

Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, and Google.


• Collect accurate company information such as industry type, decision-makers,

revenue, and employee size.


• Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools or tracking sheets with detailed notes.


• Reach out to prospects through emails, LinkedIn messages, or calls to introduce

company services


• Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with

qualified leads.

• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns for outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related

field. (Freshers welcome)


• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools


• Eagerness to learn B2B lead generation techniques and market research methods.
