Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation & Appointment Setter who specializes in generating leads and booking qualified calls for digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in using email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other effective lead generation methods to target potential clients overseas, particularly in the USA. Prior experience in lead generation for marketing or digital marketing agencies is a strong plus.
Key Reponsibilities
- Manage, update, and optimize website content and landing pages for lead capture.
- Plan, execute, and analyse paid campaigns across multiple platforms to generate qualified leads. Conduct keyword research, market segmentation, and audience targeting for the US market. Develop and run email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns for prospect engagement.
- Maintain an organized lead database in CRM tools, tracking metrics such as CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Conduct competitive research and identify new channels for lead generation.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in international lead generation, preferably targeting US clients.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, , or similar.
- Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and paid ad campaign management.
- Prior experience in B2C lead generation for service-based or digital marketing agencies.
- Expertise in optimizing launch pages, user flows, and conversion funnels.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
