Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Lead Generation Manager. The responsibilities include identifying potential leads, managing lead databases, and nurturing client relationships to support sales growth. The Lead Generation Manager will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise strategies, conduct market research, and ensure an organized process for converting leads into opportunities. The role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation processes, market research, and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Proficiency in using tools and strategies for email marketing, cold calling, performance marketing through Google Adwords & LinkedIn and prospecting
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and suggest actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B lead generation or enterprise solutions is a must
