Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B prospecting, research, and outreach. The ideal candidate will identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across international markets to generate new business opportunities .
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a pipeline of qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and data platforms.
Research target industries such as Manufacturing, HealthTech, Fintech, and Consulting to identify decision-makers.
Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, Email, and CRM tools) to generate interest and set discovery calls.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and improve conversion metrics.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools (HubSpot / Apollo / Airtable).
Support lead nurturing workflows with follow-ups and personalized messaging.
Track and report weekly performance metrics (positive replies, meetings booked, conversion rates).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development, preferably in IT, SaaS, or Analytics domains.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and research skills.
Ability to work independently and meet outreach & conversion targets.
Familiarity with international client communication and time zones.
Preferred Skills
Experience generating leads in the tax consulting.
Understanding of industry-specific challenges .
Knowledge of email automation tools and prospect enrichment workflows.
