Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential target markets and industries.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and networking events, to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads through research and initial conversations.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in CRM.
  • Track and analyse lead generation metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation activities and results.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing collateral.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A results-oriented and proactive approach.
