Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential target markets and industries.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and networking events, to generate leads.
- Qualify leads through research and initial conversations.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in CRM.
- Track and analyse lead generation metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities and results.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing collateral.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A results-oriented and proactive approach.

- Familiarity with lead scoring methodologies.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
