Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the corporate gifting vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new B2B clients, nurturing relationships, and driving sales in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and target potential clients for corporate gifting (HR heads, procurement managers, admin teams, CXOs, etc.)

 Pitch and present customized gifting solutions aligned with client needs and occasions (festivals, employee onboarding, milestone events, etc.)

 Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

 Collaborate with internal teams (design, sourcing, logistics) to ensure smooth

execution

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

 Stay updated with gifting trends, packaging innovations, and personalization

techniques

 Participate in events or exhibitions for lead generation and brand promotion

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional

products, or related industries

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Ability to work independently and manage client accounts end-to-end

 Strong networking skills with a go-getter attitude

 Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Offic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
