Job Overview
Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager from the travel industry with proven expertise in corporate sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have strong team-handling experience, the ability to drive business growth by building and nurturing long-term corporate partnerships, and must have their own conveyance for client visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in the travel domain.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients to close high-value deals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for seamless client service.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Travel, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of sales experience within the travel industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel sales, MICE, and client servicing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-profile corporate clients.
- Strong leadership and team-handling experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
- Must have own conveyance.
