Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate sales initiatives within the jewellery sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B product sales, preferably from industries such as weighing systems, electronic safes, or jewellery machinery. You will be responsible for managing key corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets.
Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with key corporate clients, institutions, and channel partners.
Drive the entire B2B sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to maximize profitability.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance metrics, and regular updates to senior management.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM data entry and tracking.
Foster long-term client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role within product-based industries such as jewellery, luxury goods, FMCG, or related equipment sectors (e.g., weighing scales, electronic safes, jewellery machinery).
Demonstrated success in B2B/corporate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to implement hands-on sales initiatives.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Industry-specific experience in weighing systems, jewellery manufacturing tools, or secure storage equipment will be a strong advantage.
