Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, battery sales, and charger solutions. The candidate will drive business growth through effective sales strategies, dealer and distributor management, and market development across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage dealers in the assigned territory.
  • Reach out to EV 2-wheeler OEMs for sale of batteries and chargers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing continuous support and solutions to build trust and ensure repeat business.
  • Travel extensively to meet customers, attend meetings, and explore business opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback and recommend new business opportunities, service enhancements, and profit improvement ideas.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to refine strategies accordingly.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Electric Vehicles / EV components industry.
  • Prior experience in battery sales is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of the current EV market scenario.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240, ₹480,000.00 per year
