Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager to manage and grow sales through various online portals such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportersIndia. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up skills, the ability to handle leads independently, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed business deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, and other B2B portals.
- Respond promptly to new inquiries and leads generated through online portals.
- Send quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Maintain communication with clients through calls, emails, and messages for business development.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-up and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records, inquiry logs, and client databases.
- Prepare and draft business emails and quotations in clear, basic English.
- Use basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word, Gmail, etc.) to manage daily sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th / Graduate in any stream.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales / portal handling.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
- Positive attitude, result-oriented, and good team player.
Salary:
As per experience and industry standards.
