The Sales Manager will lead sales operations and drive growth for the company's distribution services, ensuring targets are met and strong client relationships are maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for ration distribution.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance goals and guiding development.
  • Track sales trends, forecast demand, and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
  • Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities within the ration and essential goods sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within food supply, FMCG, or distribution businesses.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in sales management software (CRM, Microsoft Office)
