Based in Vasai, our company operates from a 75,000 sqft facility with capabilities for production, design, storage, and quality checks. We supply and install playground equipment across India and have completed over 75,000 installations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with clients. The role also includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and presenting reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
  • Goal-oriented and result-driven attitude
  • Experience in the play equipment or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
