Tech First Gulf India is seeking dynamic and driven Regional Managers to lead the sales and distribution of computer accessories in West India regions based out of Mumbai . The candidate will be responsible for developing regional strategies, driving primary & secondary sales, managing the channel network, and leading a team of Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own and drive regional business targets for IT Products and Accessories.

· Develop and manage channel partner ecosystem: IT resellers, retailers, LFRs (Large Format Retailers), and general trade.

· Lead, train, and monitor a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales KPIs and cover targets.

· Build strong distributor relationships, monitor stock hygiene, and ensure timely replenishment.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to execute regional promotional campaigns, dealer meets, and in-shop branding.

· Weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and competitor activity.

· Provide market intelligence on pricing, promotions, and trends to support product and business decisions.

Requirements:

· Post-Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in IT Hardware, Software, peripherals/accessories distribution.

· Strong knowledge of regional trade channels, dealer/distributor management.

· Prior experience with national distributors, of IT / Consumer Electronics brands preferred.

· Leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
