Location : Andheri

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Planning

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with the hospital's vision and business goals.

Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, and patient needs.

Manage and optimize marketing budgets for the assigned region.

Branding & Promotion

Enhance hospital visibility through digital, print, and outdoor media campaigns.

Organize patient awareness programs, health camps, CMEs, and community outreach initiatives.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.

Business Development

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, corporates, TPAs, and community organizations.

Drive initiatives to increase patient acquisition and retention.

Identify and onboard corporate tie-ups, wellness programs, and partnerships.

Digital & Patient Engagement

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to strengthen online presence (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).

Implement patient engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and feedback systems to enhance patient experience.

Team & Performance Management

Lead, train, and mentor regional marketing executives/officers.

Monitor marketing KPIs (ROI, patient footfall, referral generation, lead conversion).

Submit regular MIS reports and analytics to senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of healthcare/hospital marketing trends.

Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with execution capability.

Ability to manage multiple projects across regions.

Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.

7–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Pharma/ healthcare/hospital industry.

Proven track record of handling regional marketing roles with measurable outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹685, ₹1,200,000.34 per year
