Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales & Marketing Engineers with a strong technical background and proven field sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customer accounts, managing existing clients, promoting services, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical sales visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new industrial business opportunities.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and negotiate pricing.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely support and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and submit periodic sales reports to management.
  • Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, exhibitions, and service promotion campaigns.
  • Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: BBA, Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / Mechanical.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 - 4years in technical sales / industrial equipment sales / automation / service sale field sales.
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment, repair services, or automation systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM usage.
  • Must be willing to travel within the assigned region.
