JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - PANAM ENGINEERS LTD.

About us:

PANAM is a 25-year global company that manufactures and provides instrumentation solutions. Our product range is widely distributed among different categories like – Fittings, Tubings, Valves – Ball, Needle, Manifolds, Double and Single Block and Bleed, Condensate Pots, Sampling Cylinders etc. We currently have our manufacturing facilities located in Prantij, Gujarat and Rabale, Navi Mumbai.

Purpose of Position:

Inquiry, Online Tendering for various govt / private organizations, Quotation, Invoicing instructions , Coordination with Factory, Delivery Follow-up, Payment Follow-up, Records Updation, MIS Report, Documentation etc.

Roles and Responsibilities :

· Timely reply to inquiry by preparing Quotation, updating inquiry register.

· Submission of online tender for various government/ pvt clients through their portal as well as through GEM Portal.

· Follow-up for the quotation submitted to client.

· Sending Order Acknowledgement/Proforma Invoice of the orders received.

· Order processing, Updating Order Register and invoice registers.

· Follow-up with factory for delivery dates & dispatch  of material.

· Coordination with Client to arrange pick-up of material, and Advance Payment.

· Sending Dispatch details & other dispatch/ PO related related documents to Client.

· Resolving customer Query, Pre-Order and Post-Order.

· Coordination with Sales team for all above activity.

· Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.

· Monthly MIS Reports etc.

Co-ordination with Others :

Internal: Accounts, Factory, Logistics, Production & Planning dept.

External: Clients, TPI.
