Job Overview
The Inside Sales Coordinator position is a full-time, junior-level role located in Andheri. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in sales coordination, assisting the team in managing sales orders and client requests for our diesel generator products. The position requires excellent organizational skills and technical proficiency within the electrical and power solutions industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in order tracking processes, ensuring every order is accurately monitored from initiation to delivery (Mandatory skill)
- Hands-on experience utilizing CRM software for managing client information, tracking leads, and enhancing customer relationships (Mandatory skill)
- Comprehensive product knowledge covering all aspects of diesel generator sets, enabling effective client communication and support (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in inventory management to track stock levels, coordinate with warehouse teams, and maintain accurate records
- Ability to handle purchase requisition processes, from receiving requests to managing supplier communications efficiently
- Strong document management skills, ensuring all sales documents, contracts, and records are well-organized and easily accessible
- Experience in quotation management, including preparing, sending, and following up on quotes to ensure timely client responses
- Proficiency in order processing, ensuring that all sales orders are accurately entered, tracked, and fulfilled according to client requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track sales orders from receipt through delivery, keeping customers and internal teams updated on status and timelines
- Utilize CRM software to monitor leads, maintain detailed client records, and support sales follow-up activities
- Assist the sales team with comprehensive product insights, addressing client queries with technical precision and professionalism
- Prepare and manage sales documentation including order confirmations, quotations, purchase requisitions, and delivery notes
- Support inventory management by monitoring generator stock levels and proactively communicating with the warehouse team
- Handle quotation management, including generating, sending, and revising quotes based on client needs and negotiations
- Ensure accuracy in order processing, coordinating with relevant departments to guarantee the timely fulfillment of client requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, offering ideas for optimizing workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction
