Department – Industrial Sales

Job description: Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Job roles & responsibilities: -

  1. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

  2. Sending Sales Offers and Proforma Invoice –((Preparing Offers & PI through assistance from Back office team)

  3. Handling orders by phone, email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  4. Order Processing on time according to customer requirements and ensuring all the orders are delivered in time.
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  6. Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  7. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare all MIS reports, and provide sales target information to the sales department. This has to be done based on the available tools or using MS-Office.
  8. Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
  9. Assist for payment follow-up with account team.
  10. Researching prospects and generating leads.
  11. Data Entry and data maintenance pertaining to lead management

Reports to: Sales Head. Monthly meetings will be held to make sure the performance highlight on sales target to achieving company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

ü Bachelor's degree in any stream

ü Experience in customer relationship management, and Lead Management

ü Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

ü Ability to travel at least 20% of the time

ü Computer Knowledge with MS-Office and other required tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
